The Venus Project
In a statement Peter Joseph claims that the Zeitgeist Movement is the activist arm of The Venus Project. Within the movie Zeitgeist Addendum and the Zeitgeist Orientation Guide Peter speaks of both the emergent and symbiotic elements of Natural Law. Though Planetary Development as a field is as of yet not codified unto our species its arrival as an entity as Peter would call it is an emergent one coming up through the ranks as an idea though out the 1980s, 1990s when back in 2005 the website for Planetary Development was founded that year in November. This was a bold move at that time given the fact that I had as of yet had not heard anything about The Venus Project www.thevenusproject.com or Jacque Fresco and Roxanne Meadows and their work. If I had I might well have joined them straight out without working the direction I am now making a run on setting up the field of Planetary Development. But since I was already bringing it out as an idea I see it as an emergent property under Natural Law just like The Venus Project as a mechanism to meet the challenges of the future and the needs of the human condition itself.
Here is something else. In both the Zeitgeist Addendum and its Orientation Guide Peter speaks of multidisciplinary teams as a form of human operation doing monitoring and running operations of the Cybernated System envisioned by Jacque Fresco and Roxanne Meadows of The Venus Project. This type of an approach in human operations is something I have espoused for over two decades in the many discussions I have had with people at the piers of telescopes such as at the Kopernik Observatory and Science Education Center www.kopernik.org particularly in the latter part of the 1990s when I would discuss astronomy as the great uniform science whereby all other sciences and fields exists under its auspices and this is where and when the idea for what I referred to as a Multi-Phasic or Multitasking of disciplines congealed as part of an operational principle within Planetary Development along with the Transgenerational Project ideology concept.
So it would appear that the symbiotic property of Natural Law noted by Peter is met in that Planetary Development or Planetary Developer’s in the future shall indeed have a job to do monitoring and running operations and systems of The Venus Project clearly a classic Transgenerational Project in Planetary Development terms, a project that Planetary Development both now and in the future whole heartedly supports.

In the above statement you see words like no money, no crime, no laws, no hunger, no poverty and such and I know there are some people out there that would say that this is unrealistic and an imposable task to achieve. I would say is it realistic to continue to allow such human elements to continue to propagate across unfolding generations. In a song years ago by Billy Joel he sang that we didn't start the fire, this may be true, but we in the here and now can take the initiative like a fireman to begin putting that fire out. It's up to us, I mean all of us.
There are organizations out there that are developing the means to effectively ameliorate the topics noted above such as the developing U.S. National Peace Academy, The Peace Alliance the U.N. Office on Human Development and others that I see would be more than willing to assist The Venus Project if given the resources to begin development to achieve those above stated goals. This would occur by the use of science. In science there is what is known as the limit of detection where some factor as seen by an instrument is so small that that instrument cannot detect any smaller amount of sample or property given it. It falls below its limit of detection for that instruments standard. This is what shall be done with crime, hunger, poverty, to laws that are out of date or antiquated and or are not predicated toward meeting human needs and yes the needed elimination of our worlds dysfunctional monetary system which at this point as of today 08/25/09 was announced to be nine rather than seven trillion dollars of deficits in the U.S. alone. At this point the rise in inflation alone plus the interest involved makes the pay back on such an amount a non-reparable situation. The future itself is now impoverished which means that the monetary system has run its course as a viable system, but it is a viable system no more. The visibility of these above human elements shall be driven so low that a limit of detection as a percentage of the population shall be achieve to such a point that in the day to day affairs of people you would not notice them and if they did appear it would be seen by everyone where appropriate amelioration would occur. As Zeitgeist states it is a system that is out of date with the modern realities and it is time for a change.
It is time to change our world to the better and all times we have no more excuses and anything we as civilization do other than clearing up the problems that have plagued the human condition since our species beginnings is nothing but an excuse. It is time we dealt with our species innate collective character defects.
Oh, and if you do have any argument about what is being said above do what Michael Jackson suggested in one of his songs, if you want to make the world a better place just look into the mirror and make that change, try that first before any ridicule anywhere else.
