A Check in to all
It has been a little while since my last posting here on the blog. My hosting package with Network Solutions is now offering their own blogs so I may set something up with that one only offering a different topical subject matter, subject matter where discussions can unfold about all aspects of human affairs on our world, something like that at some point in the future. I know for some this website must tax your patients but then it is intended to do just that and begin slowing up the innate fast and or short attention span that now permeates our world’s social structure. The changes that have occurred over the last few months are one-it appears that The Peace Alliance is at least at this time "not willing" to look at alternatives such as what I proposed that I called The Agency/Field Integrated Approach toward the Creation of The US Department of Peace. This could change if events were to lag on over the course of a few good years where they may come to see the wisdom of starting at some mid point level. Two-of course I suspected that they would not have the need for some 40 additional add hawk E-Mail boxes as to what I offered to The Peace Alliance for any ancillary usage that they might need them for such as for independent research projects and the like. And Three-If you have been reading the website at all you may have noticed that I have decided to publish a periodical at least to start on a regional scale some time a year or so past the 2008 queasy starting point of the inception phase for the Field of Planetary Development.

The previous BLOG, the first possible job for Planetary Development
It is unknown as to whether The Peace Alliance will be willing to adopt any aspects of The Agency/Field integrated approach toward the development of The US Department of Peace. Right now only the formulation of thought and concept is underway in what I call the short version of the concept. It will be presented to The Peace Alliance in Michigan as mentioned on the previous BLOG and just what they do then is up to them. For now the task is Pro-Bono compliments of Planetary Development. Although, if they want to go full time with this that could change depending on circumstances and The Peace Alliance's level of commitment. In any case there is and would be a very long road ahead on the part of all interested parties looking toward the development of the US Department of Peace. Steady as she goes as they say.

Over the last few months if you have been keeping up with the website you have been aware that I have become associated with The Peace Alliance head quartered out of Michigan and accessible through www.thepeacealliance.org. Here The Peace Alliance is in the process of creating The US Department of Peace the DOP through bills in both The House of Representatives and The Senate. Upon reviewing the bills I became aware that there is no provision for the creation or development of an infrastructure, human mechanics or system of operations that would be able to translate the DOP's mission across the Nation or the World. The DOP as it presently stands is like a Department of Defense without an Army, Navy, Air force or Marine Corps where the secretary of Defense is standing there looking across the field of battle with no tools to engage the enemy. Without such effective tools the up coming DOP will not be able to translate their directives into action and thus power failing their purview and charge to the American people. This obvious lack of infrastructure will not serve the cause of peace well and since the auspice of the field of Planetary Development is to create human operating systems it appears as if the field’s first job has just shown up.
What I am crafting for The Peace Alliance is a form of a ground up approach to the development of the DOP. I call this The Agency/Field integrated approach to the development of the US Department of Peace and I hope to have a very short version rough as it will be ready to send to The Peace Alliance at or about the time for the national conference coming in Washington DC on February 2nd through the 6th, but will see. My primary contact so far who seems to understand the magnitude of the issue of infrastructural development for the DOP facing The Peace Alliance in its creation of the DOP is Kathy Kidd out of Texas. I have initiated first contact with Lynn McMullen from the Michigan office of The Peace Alliance because Kathy had noted that Lynn had been working for some time on an infrastructural approach for the DOP and when I am done with my first draft of The Agency/Field integrated approach as noted above I will send to Kathy and The Peace Alliance offices in Michigan to Lynn and the others.
My hope here is to clear a kind of path on real terms that will be both efficient and cost effective and give a few surprises along the way. When I send this first draft through I will also publish it in the archives on the website and it will be noted in my contact page directing people to it from there. Lets just see what happens, keep hanging in there I'll see you soon.

A Check in to all

Hello to all,
I have recently connected with the local Peace Alliance here in the Central Florida region where there is an up coming event in Gainesville FL on 11/30/06 when Marianne Williamson will speak. I am also connecting up with the people of an organization called Non Violent Communication or NVC out of Sarasota and I am going to begin a process unto which I will inlay at the base of the Planetary Development operational principles of NVC to be carried with the field across time, I will have updates later as things proceed.
Well it has been a little while so I thought I would check in on the blog and say hello to the world at large and yes I am still out on the frontier known as Planetary Development - Our Own.

Future Tense

I have begun processing toward the coming on line phase for the inception of planetary development sometime during 2008 and by that time I hope to have the glossary of the CLOND fully developed. Some of the terms such as Vortexial transference were only in rough form back in 1998 at the end of the principal design phase of the CLOND. Others like Basonic Amplitude and Attenuation needed clarity of function within the physical economic system. So as you can see there is a way to go here.

What is it all about?
Recently I have tried and failed on the site to get a response in terms of pushing beyond what I call the "lack of interest factor" I am running into out there where people just don't seem to want to become active in greater social involvement such as Social Artistry, Planetary Development or even the Red Cross, Kiwanis, Eagle, Moose, American Legion and other social organizations that are struggling for memberships where the majority of their members are at or beyond retirement age. To prove this just go to Jean Houston’s Blog and you will see that there are no entries between Aug-03 and Aug-18. It doesn't bode well for the health of society when systems like the field Social Artistry which are predicated toward the resolution of the human condition have such a seeming lack of interest on their com's slate that a month can go by with no contact, comments and so forth other than myself. There should be hundreds of entries on Jean Houston’s Blog page all giving comments, suggestions an so on for and about the field.
Likewise on this site and I do realize that I am an unknown and that I am just starting out here with the slow process of developing this thing I am involved with, yes it is going to take years but that's ok I can think of no better way to spend my time and who knows maybe by some miracle of happenstance it may actually take off, that would be something, but I am not getting any hits on the blog here as well. We are in trouble folks, if you think it is a good idea that we should be so out of practice in the art of social cohesion and development that we should now abandon it altogether in favor of some competitive environment then you would be making one of the greatest mistakes our civilization will enjoy the fruits of for generations to come. I don't even know where to begin with this.
I am soon to begin a glossary of terms for the CLOND and its operational foundation. Many out there who may be viewing this thing with skepticism thinking that it is one of the biggest con jobs in history are about to arrive in a new reality. So far if you have been keeping up with thinks else where on the site you have seen I had noted that the only copies remaining on the CLOND were hard ones as a result of the demise of that 386 a few years back. I am going to soon transpose these out of hard copy state. Many of the terms I use across the CLOND's structure were at their preliminary developmental stage even at the end of the principal design phase.
Believe me you did not want to be in that room where I lived at the time on Loder ave. in Endicott NY in the bottom floor of a house during the mid 90's. The whole house was CLOND city with the shreds of one design concept after another laying about like a kind of stratagraphic system unto itself until the correct model began to appear in my mind. This happened by chance. At first like most other people I designed systems similar to the US Government for example which are all designed under a two dimensional framework like a flow chart. I was sitting there with several of these models in my hands one in my left and the other in my right frustrated that I just wasn't getting a whole picture system going held them both up and suddenly realized I needed to add in a time space relationship in on the thing. I had to design up a three dimensional social array but how? It was several weeks latter when I was watching PBS about the resolution of Fermat's last theorem that it all came to me and I pictured it for the first time. And all of it came smoothly together there after. It sure is a strange looking duck (actually I call it a butterfly) I'll admit but I think it can work, capable of full elasticity in human function across time and space, attaining the character signature of each generation with the fluid dynamics of immutable principles shifting and moving on and off the wing structures and the linear axle. Back to grandmothers house

Here's the gig, remember within the introductory section on the site that I espoused my grandmother’s simple wisdom, it still applies. The scenario about cleaning the room still stands. Instead of being able to just go ahead and fill the chest full of toys, it is brought to mind that the corner in the room where the chest sits has to be looked at evaluated, sorted, cleaned and ultimately cleared in order to put the chest there. And then the same process has to be done for the inside of the chest itself and then one can load and sort the chest to ones hearts content. What I am saying is that there is an inherent fielding out process involved with this thing and many paths to take until the right one appears and that my friends is actually a good thing here, leave no stone unturned as it were.
