- The preface to planetary development -

Welcome to planetary development, what can become, the most comprehensive field of human endeavor in the history of our world. Which is now in its very beginning or what is referred to as its inception phase/pre-operations state. Right from the start, the field in all likely hood, shall take quite a few years to maturate out of its inception phase/pre-operations state. But for now, there is just to much to do or think about to even consider going to its full operational state.
On a very personal note-the first thing one has to think about when considering a push to some how engage the world in planetary development is to check your sanity at the door. This I have done in case lots. All bets are off, one cannot listen to naysayers or to those who believe that nothing can be done to resolve the human condition. Years ago I would have agreed with them. But, by the end of the principal design phase of the CLOND in the late 1990s I realized that something could be done and that a method or tool now existed capable of changing our entire civilizations planetary social array without interfering with individual cultural or ethnic backgrounds. This shall be discussed in length later and in a different form as previously noted. What I am saying here is that what seems on the surface as a sheer act of lunacy can become over time a completely manageable affair, our worlds planetary development.
The field of planetary development shall be multi phasic in that it will cut across the full spectrum of human discipline structures and human affairs such as governmental, business and academic affairs. The field shall also be multi tasking in that it will layer these human discipline structures and human affairs through the use of a blend of imagination and creativity not previously seen before. This process ultimately shall be aimed at resolving trouble spots within the human condition at large while laying down a concrete future for all the citizens of our world.
Always keep one thing in mind about planetary development. It is a continuum, where it unfolds slowly over generations, I call it transgenerational on its incept. At no particular point of time under its auspices shall it threaten the status quo. Changes shall be incremental, virtually inperceptual at any point of time or over any particular generation for that matter. This shall allow people and society some breathing space and time to become comfortable with the changes that have been made. Also this shall allow the field time to analyze whether the changes made are having the positive effects intended or perhaps another course or direction is needed. All of this of course, shall be fully transparent under the watchful eyes of all of our worlds citizens.

As I have noted else where there will be a kind of buildup of sorts with contact info across ASTC and AAM unto which I can more effectively engage in the process of bringing these two organizations together for the purpose of the craftsmanship and design of the great seal of planetary development. I am hopeful, will see in the end about if social will can manifest itself toward this endeavor.
