| Florida Space Development Council (FSDC) SpaceX Tour 05-17-13 |
Below is an image of the group photo taken of the Florida Space Development Council tour at SpaceX on Friday the 17th of May 2013. Here below the group of twenty people assigned to the tour stand under the American Flag that hangs from the ceiling of the SpaceX Vehicle Assembly Building A building large enough to house the assembly process for the Falcon Rocket and the Dragon Capsule. The tour began at SpaceX Mission Control where we saw the different control stations from communications, telemetry, avionics, and logistics and so on, our tour then took a bus out to the Vehicle Assembly Building and the Launch Pad. All operations were seen to minimize cost while increasing safety and efficiency.
